So, what Property Management Service do we offer?

  • Rental Service
    We search tenants for your property for short/long term rent. We personally inspect properties before, during and after tenant occupancy
  • Rent Collection
    We make sure your deposits are made on time and transferred to your bank account
  • Financial Management
    We make sure that your maintenance bills are paid on time
  • Cleaning and Repairs
    We organize any type of help (A/C maintenance, plumber, electrician, cleaning, painting, etc). We shop for housewares, consumables (sundries), etc., as needed or requested
  • Property Care
    We prepare the inventory list of your property and maintain it in order. All home appliances to be bought/changed or fixed are upon your approval
  • Record keeping
    We deliver your monthly reports and send it to you by email (costs, incomes, photos included)

Rental Client Services

We provide continuing and extraordinary tenant services, including meeting and greeting residents at the airport with a sign.

We offer on-call tenant help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We provide airport transportation. These certified taxi cab drivers may also give customised taxi services for shopping, specialty tours, and other activities at a later date for an extra fee.

While check-in the tenants get information about property / condo community rules, emergency numbers, a complete property inventory, maps, restaurant and service provider information, and many other useful tips.

General Property Management – For Non-Rentals

We provide very affordable GENERAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES to owners who do not wish to rent out their properties, however, still require a management company to physically check on their property at least 1x per month to assure the property stays in good condition. Prices vary by size. Please inquire.

  • We air out the property to eliminate the chance of mold or insect infestation
  • We regularly check the property’s air conditioning, appliances, plumbing, water pressure, and electrical components for proper functionality
  • We can clean when requested or needed. This also helps to eliminate mold, dust, insects, and eliminate new construction dust
  • We have the property regularly inspected to safeguard against theft or damage, during periods of prolonged vacancy, before or after severe weather conditions
